A Cincinnati teenager succumbed to injuries yesterday afternoon that she suffered in an early Friday morning car accident. Dustin Wolf, 20, collided with Jordan Hoak's, 16, vehicle around 7:19 a.m. in front of Christ's Church on Western Row Road. Hoak was airlifted to Miami Valley Hospital after the crash, and unfortunately passed away Tuesday afternoon from injuries suffered in the accident. Hoak was on her way to school at the time of the collision.
Hoak was student at Ursuline Academy in Blue Ash, Ohio. Urusline students were in the midst of a self-led prayer service when they were told the horrible news. The school cancelled all Tuesday evening activities, including athletic events. The school planned a late arrival for its students on Wednesday.
The other driver also suffered serious injuries, but he was discharged around 11 a.m. on Friday morning. The greater Cincinnati community mourns the loss of Ms. Hoak. Our thoughts and prayers are with her family.
